Memoir Writing

Principal Anne Wainscott Sargent penned A Breath Away, a memoir of losing her mother to smoking, in November 2005. The author was interviewed by syndicated ABC Radio's Satellite Sisters radio program, on Canadian TV and in numerous daily newspapers following the book's publication. She discusses A Breath Away and the healing power of writing to transform loss on The Writing Well's Oct. 26, 2009 post.
